Property care, built around turnovers
Cleaning is where we start, not where we stop. We currently specialise in guest-ready turnovers and private home cleaning, as part of a wider property management offer.
Turnover cleaning
A full guest-ready clean between bookings: bathrooms and kitchen disinfected, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted, bins emptied, mirrors and glass cleaned, and furniture arranged before the next guest arrives.
Linen changes
Where clean linen is provided by the host: used bedding and towels removed, dirty linen bagged, fresh linen fitted, and beds made to a neat, guest-ready standard. Laundry and linen hire can be quoted separately.
Guest consumable restocking
Toilet rolls, hand soap, shampoo and body wash, tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets and bin liners restocked from host-supplied items. The cost of replacement items may be charged separately unless supplied by the client.
Property checks
Every visit includes a check for visible damage, missing items, appliance faults, plumbing leaks, electrical concerns, strong odours and pest activity. Anything found is reported promptly.
Completion photographs
Photographs can be provided after the service to confirm that key rooms have been cleaned and prepared.
Additional services
Subject to availability: deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, emergency or same-day cleans, key collection and return, laundry coordination, fridge or welcome-pack restocking, basic property inspections and maintenance coordination.
